A friend of mine was telling me about how you can earn online titles in modern day games now. So, for all those people playing EverCrack, World of Addictcraft and other online games, you can have a virtual identity that is meaningful since most of those people feel meaningless in real life.
Ok, I was a little harsh on the gamers, actually I've known some cool gamers so that was more of a setup for the point of the thread than an actual personal viewpoint
Back on point, I have decided since the BS590 forums are Dwight's playground for reality that we'd dub him with a title and give him that virutal recognition he so longs for that he may translate it into real life success and feel good about him self.
That title being: Dwight the Manipulated
Dwight, since you're such a tool, and so easy to string along like a kitten chasing a string, or a puppy chasing its tail, you have EARNED this title.
You see, Dwight, vranged has invested a rather significant amount of time entertaining you. Think of him as many things, a virtual baby-sitter, a virtual master and even...a virtual comrade.
Yes, on one hand it seems that vranged would all but like to see you removed from the face of the planet, but the reality is this...vranged, out of pure compassion, allows you self-validation. Without his antagonizing you would be reduced to nothing.
Ok, so that's a bit of a satirical take on vranged, but the truth is he just plain reduces you to nothing in reality and perhaps, as an unintended side effect, allows you the self-validation.
Either way, you are the master of being manipulated.
Welcome back to the boards...until the next time you throw a tantrum and threaten to leave. |

Everytime I would take vranged places he didn't want to go...he'd, as a last ditch effort to save his azz, make a thread especially to make a slam. I see you have followed suit with his predictable ways.

How about if we get back on topic and run this baby down the beaten path that the river already flows down. Force feeding water will not change the landscape, you've got to let it go natural. And natural today is watching you eat a smorgasbord of CROW!

You know, they just might win a championship and slam shut that gutter hole you've got protruding - ala Darwin theory - from your facial structure.
My only real concern for Boston is Ray Allen's shooting touch. That guy looks shell shocked out there. Otherwise I see a confident team ready to advance.
Especially Garnett & Pierce, these guys want a championship so bad they can taste it. I think Allen wants one but is a bundle of nerves come game time and cannot shake them long enough to knock down some shots.
Go Ray! If he can find his touch this series is over. |
