Knew that was coming -- the return to fictional, imaginary insults. Another sign of a defeated man.
Could you sink any lower? |

After acknowledging that he was desperate, Dwight said "people will resort to saying things they know aren't true when they are desperate." That about sums it up! |

Because after 3 months the bank is going to repo! Couldn't resist... |

"To much information" realm DMan stuff: My wifes father gave us 40K just because he loves us. We built the deck with it. It's nice to be loved. |

OH MY SWEET JESUS!!!
So, let me get this straight. Last week, you used this overpriced deck, PURCHASED BY YOUR WIFE'S DADDY, as some sort of gauge of how successful you are?
I seriously couldn't write this stuff. CLASSIC!!!!!!
Dwight, you need to learn when to shut up. Do you enjoy being a punchline? I'm thinking so. |

I try to stay out of this, but I have to admit in all my internet message board days I have yet to see something so poetically hilarious. I literally spit pop through my nose reading those two replies...that is freakin' hilarity. Oh man...that hurts... |

| Only because neither of you have probably ever received a gift that large just because you were you. We didn't need to spend much to lavish ourselves. Spit your pop & scream for holy jesus...I'll relax on my deck before winter sets in. |

| Dman appears to be one of those braggarts that has to show his success by the material things he has. However, when one brags about something and it turns out to be from a gift it just makes the braggart even less credible. |

Let's make the point here what it is, Dman. You, for days on end, have been harolding your self-worth on here and boasting about this damn deck and it's a gift from your Daddy-in-law. Now, I don't question some of your self-proclaimed success, but let's face it...it's hilarious when you see someone on a board posting week in and week out about how successful they are and there are two discering facts that go strickenly against that: 1. You moved to east coast because of your wife's job and not yours (typically a move is dictated by the primary breadwinner). 2. Daddy-in-Law for whatever reason offloads $45k. I am just saying man...from the horses mouth, not even vranged's assertions, that is just too...well, like he said, he couldn't of scripted it better. |

This all takes me back to the reality of this board. It is easy to pile on and play Mr. Middleground. I am what I am and all of you are what you are. I boast because I can. I don't have to embellish my reality is very upscale and my physical being is very well in place. My father-in-law is wealthy and kind, we definetely didn't need it. So we spent it before it came. It was fun! So if you think me admitting that my in-laws are wealthy and freely give us things is contradictory to me having my own self in place, I think you have become as presumptuous as Vranged. I don't think being like Mike is similar to being like Vranged. |

Not the class of "my daddy-in-law bought be stuff so I must be successful".
Don't relate to that at all.
When's your wife gonna make you move again, Daddy Warbucks? |

If I gained that kind of monetary gift for merely existing I'd probably gift the majority of it myself.

| When my wife was in under-grad, I burdened everything, paid all the bills and cooked and fixed everything. She would not have made it through school without my support. You see, it's a journey! One that we travel together. I doubt you ever experienced prospering together with someone. What does your wife do? Because my wife is a genious and makes big bucks is a bonus for me. It adds to my own personal resume' of success. I don't have a Phd and I do not have my own practice. But my wife does and I reap the benefits of it. Do you really think I would not be elated with that? I relish in my wife's success and see as a part of "our" journey through life. Metalicca's song "Nothing else matters" capsulates my thoughts here. |

Reminds me of the clips I saw on one of the networks for an upcoming show...showed 3 or 4 guys sitting in a hot tub and one of the guys says "Men, we're the new women".
