This picture looks like many of the hometown crowds of this season. Michigan a few times, Notre Dame, Nebraska almost the whole season, and many more that have gone down to being upset. This picture must have been taken either halfway through the first quarter or within 5 minutes into the 2nd quarter, because they said on the radio that there was a mass exit with about 10 minutes left in the 2nd quarter and the stands are still pretty packed in this picture.
As far as giving this picture a caption, let's go with this...
The blonde chick trying to comfort her boyfriend in the bottom left hand corner is thinking...
"F*ckin' Huskers anyhow, now I ain't gonna be gettin' any tonight or any time soon."
2007's Updated Championship Predictions: Red Sox, Suns, and Avalanche. The dream has flown out the window. Huskers and Rams suck, but they are still my favorite teams. |

There's plenty of good shots of the crowd on the OWH page - look for the photo gallery and go thru the slide show. I haven't ever seen pics like that from a 'sker game.
I almost feel bad for 'sker fan. |
