It appears the Huskers were credited with about 10 National Championships in football!

The Hawkeyes have 5!

according to this knute rockne is the greatest coach ever with a winning percentage of .881 followed by leahy (born in o'neill, ne, why didn't he coach at unl) with a winning percentage of .864. furhter down the list you have barry switzer at .837 and tom osborne at .836. devaney was around .803.

according to the other site notre dame has won or shared 20 mythical national championships.
