Nebraska 37 WF 17
Quick recap of Nebraska game from last Saturday, based on one game, so take it with a grain of salt:.
1. Lucky looked great. The other backs looked better-than-expected. RB depth was suppose to be a problem. I don't see that as one anymore.
2. This is the best offensive line NU has had this decade. I watched the Bill Callahan Show over lunch today, and a consistent thing I noticed was our linemen just burying people off the snap, especially at the goal line. That's a good sign.
3. The defense looked quick to the ball. Overall, I was impressed with the D.
4. The wide receivers -- a supposed strength -- didn't look good. Too many drops; especially in the first half. I'm fine with that though, as I expect them to improve. With Purify coming back, as long as he's not drunk, it'll add another dimension to the offense.
It's tough to get too excited after one game, but my expectations for the season went up based on what I saw. Granted, it's Nevada -- but as this last weekend taught us, you can't take any win for granted. |

After acknowledging that he was desperate, Dwight said "people will resort to saying things they know aren't true when they are desperate." That about sums it up! |

How many yards did they run for? I'll save you the time. Two yards. Yeah, one dimensional offenses win a lot of games against more talented teams. Like most domer fans you obviously don't know dick about football. |

| He said one dimensional teams don't do well against more talented teams. I believe that was a bunch of Solich's leftovers that got ran over that year and they clearly weren't more talented. |

You don't get me upset, because I know that you're a tool that doesn't know dick about football. Just another whiney domer fan with Husker envy. So you're pretty good at predicting games? Did you predict that nd would lose their last three straight games by an average of 26 points? |

Typical nd fan douchebagery. Live in the now. Or, at least live in the recent. Your irish haven't mattered since the 80's. Since then NU has won three National Championships, while the dumers have dropped about nine straight bowl games by embarrassing margins... Nice try! |

19 - 7 isn't far from 18 - 9.
That question might backfire on you at the end of this season. |

Really, Logan? Funny because no one else here has any problem remembering that I am a Michigan fan.
Consequently, I don't make it a habit to run around falling back on outdated historical facts to bolster my teams current standing. Maybe if I did it'd be easier for you to remember, but I refuse to stoop to that level.
Then again, I have been a Michigan fan since day one. So I can't speak from the position of turning on my original team or maybe I'd better understand your position. |

Hey now Logan in all fairness I attempted to talk about history and the past with NU and you called me out on it. I think it is fun to have a debate but you cant switch back and forth like that. |
