Weird-Harold's website reported that Dan Jennings will get the start on Friday, keeping Johnny Dorn until (presumably) the UC Irvine game on Saturday.
Probably a good move not to waste your ace on a sub-.500 team when a team that was at the CWS last year looms on the horizon in the next round.
If Nebraska wins both, I assume they'll go with Weber in the championship game. |

Regionals are a 4-team, double-elimination tournament with the survivor advancing to super regionals.
Super regionals is a head-to-head, best-of-three series with the winner advancing to the College World Series. |

Going with Jennings. That worked out just as well as it did in the Big 12 tournament.
The killer for NU was Weber's performance down the stretch.
