Despite Chris Henry and Odell Thurman being gone Cincy still has Chad Johnson to deal with. And Chad is a difficult situation because he's a Pro Bowl WR and he isn't an off field problem.

Now add the mix T.J. Houshmandzadeh's desire to work at home to the mix and you've places the straw on the camel's back that has vocalized Palmer.

I said it last year, and I'll say it again this year, Lewis probably needs to go. He's assembled a mismatched team of talent and problematic players and he still can put together a decent defense after 5 years. This coming from a HC whose background is defense.

If you consider his one winning season in five years was largely attributed to them playing a weak schedule you have to question why they allow him to persist as HC.

Go Blue!

He just doesn't know how to deal with this crap. He feeds into it, which ultimately makes all these situations worse. Marv Lewis is a great coach...........just not head coach.

Counting the Herd one hoof at a time.

It all falls on the doorstep of Mike Brown.
That loud buzzing sound you hear is Paul Brown doing 360s in his grave with what his seed has allowed to happen to the franchise.
I don't blame Carson Palmer for being ticked off.

"Perhaps the worst thing that can happen is to reach into the refrigerator and come out with something that you cannot identify at all. You literally do not know what it is. Could be meat, could be cake. Usually, at a time like that, I'll bluff. "Honey, is this good?" "Well, what is it?" "I don't know. I've never seen anything like it. It looks like...meatcake!" "Well, smell it." (snort, sniff) "It has absolutely no smell whatsoever!" "It's good! Put it back! Somebody is saving it. It'll turn up in something." Thats what frightens me. That someone will consider it a challenge and use it just because it's in there." -- George Carlin
