And, now as usual, when you've been proven using inadequate logic and redefining words to make your arguements...you fall back on the typical spelling, grammatical and personal attacks to emphasize your loss.

No, no, no -- you're not getting away with ignoring my knockout punch.

Death of an animal falls under the the Cruelty to Animals Act. How do you spin that? There is no "animal homicide." Hilarious that you just plain ignored that. Truly telling....

Fact is, I didn't MISREPRESENT ANYTHING. Game, set, match. Your stupidity is just icing on the cake.

After acknowledging that he was desperate, Dwight said "people will resort to saying things they know aren't true when they are desperate." That about sums it up!

You are such a moron.

You equated ALL animal death to "cruelty". If that were true you wouldn't be able to slaughter animals for food.

If that is your knockout punch you truly are a mental miget.

You spelled "midget" wrong.

I didn't equate all animal death to cruelty. I stated that society has conveniently hand-chosen which death to animals is cruel and which isn't, based solely on our appetites and preferences. That's the hypocrisy.

You said I re-defined cruelty, by attributing death to it. But it's a part of the Cruelty to Animals Act. I didn't re-define anything.

So, you know-nothing idiot -- I accept your apology.

You said slaughtering animals for food consumption was cruel. This is clearly not the case as you can see in #9 of your precious "Act".

Retard.

http://www.sc.gov.jm/LOJ/Cruety%20To%20Animals/CTA%20ACT%206,7,8,9,10.pdf

It's plainly obvious that if slauthering animals for food were illegal then they wouldn't be doing it and doing it with Federal oversight.

EXACTLY!!!!!!!!!!!! The Act, and society's laws (death to dogs is illegal; death to cows isn't), are inconsistent based solely on society's preferences -- not on caring for the actual animals, or some moral code. THAT'S THE HYPOCRISY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jesus Christ, you are one dumb son-of-a-bit.ch.

Frankly, I think my argument is too sophisticated for someone of your obvious limited intellect.

Seriously, you are a retard.

I said there were inconsistancies from a technical perspective. That doesn't make them hypocritical just because you don't accept the definition of cruelty and the concept of domestication.

You, however, are re-defining processing of animals as cruelty and it is not. You keep trying to spin your way out of it. The fact is YOU are wrong and you have to re-define words to make your arguement.

Standing up against Vick and not standing up against other forms of legitimate cruelties is hypocritical.
Standing up against Vick and not standing up against meat processors is not hypocritical.

hyp·o·crite /ˈhɪpəkrɪt/

–noun 1. a person who pretends to have virtues, moral or religious beliefs, principles, etc., that he or she does not actually possess, esp. a person whose actions belie stated beliefs.
2. a person who feigns some desirable or publicly approved attitude, esp. one whose private life, opinions, or statements belie his or her public statements.

Again, it is YOU who are the hypocrit, not "society".

If society as a whole doesn't view the fact that killing a domesticated dog is the same as processing a cow then they are not guilty of being hypocritical. Hypocrits are defined by THEIR beliefs, not your beliefs.

You're stating, as fact, that processing of animals is not cruel. Therein lies the hypocrisy. You're more comfortable with the idea that breeding animals to kill them, holding them captive in a slaughterhouse, branding them, etc. is not cruel.

But look at it from the animals' perspectives. It's the same perspective the dogs have -- they don't like what's being done to them. Am I personifying these creatures -- yeah. But it doesn't lessen the argument. Hell, if I hear another dog activist say: "Vick should get charged as if he killed a human, because dogs feel the same pain humans do", I'll puke. Personification is part of this discussion, even if you don't like it. And in the end, in both scenarios, you have two dead animals. Branding v. Electrocution are degrees of cruelty. Etc. Etc.

I'm not asking people to choose sides, or stand up against the meat processing industry. Just don't call for Michael Vick's head when he engages in a behavior similar to that which we all perpetuate when we eat a steak, buy a leather jacket, wear fur, etc

You don't get it. I completely get domestication and cruelty, and completely see that society has molded those terms to be in a happy place with the denial we've formed regarding the different way we treat different animals. Again, there's the hypocrisy.

I'll take you unwillingness to address the issue as you copping out.

You can't be hypocritical when you are consistent in acting on your beliefs. My hyocrisy, or lack thereof, is based on MY actions and MY beliefs, no MY actions and YOUR beliefs.

As usual, you'll want the last reply like you always have to have, so have it.

You still can't spell hypocrite, even with the definition right in front of you, but that's okay.

So, if society as a whole stated that African Americans could serve in the military and give 100% for their country, but they're only legally considered 3/5th of a man; that's not hypocritical?

You really don't think society can be hypocritical? Don't you have a rosy, albeit ignorant, picture of our history.

And did you really call me a "retard"? Nice. It's great to see that you consider people with disabilities an appropriate subject of your scorn.

So, would you acknowledge that you're hypocritical for criticizing people who resort to name-calling? Probably not. You haven't been honest with yourself yet.

No, it's contradictory and wrong, not hypocritical.

Learn to use a dictionary. This could of all been avoided if you could properly use the English language.

Fortunately I do know what retarded means and you are meeting the criteria.

Mentally challenged, if your over-sensitive liberal side can't handle the "r" word.

All your ridiculous B.S. aside (people will see it for what it is -- the desperation of a beaten, unintelligent man), I'm just curious if you can acknowledge that you were a hypocrite for going to the name-calling? Can you?

The guy who doesn't know what an "analogy" or a "bust" or the difference between agnosticism/atheism said I need to use a dictionary. CLASSIC!!! Next, Dman will tell me I drink too much red Kool Aid.

One final question (since you ignored it already): Are you saying society has never been, and by definition, cannot be, hypocritical? Because that would be funny.

Aside from the serious fact that I think you need to seriously visit a psychologist for getting beat up at the bus stop before school, or whatever tramatized you as a youth...

Calling you out for name-calling is simply identifying a common approach you take in every arguement when you get owned.

No, it's not hypocritical. Again, the definition of the word for the mentally retarded:

Main Entry: hyp·o·crite
Pronunciation: 'hi-p&-"krit
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English ypocrite, from Anglo-French, from Late Latin hypocrita, from Greek hypokritEs actor, hypocrite, from hypokrinesthai

1 : a person who puts on a false appearance of virtue or religion

2 : a person who acts in contradiction to his or her stated beliefs or feelings

I have never held the standard that says no one should call names on the message board.

All I've done is point out how frequently you must resort to it when you get verbally schooled.

Oh, and the obvious fetish of pointing out spelling and grammatical errors despite the fact I've seen numerous from you.

And, OF COURSE, rofl...he HAS to have the LAST WORD. Truly, hilarious.

Which begs the question...since that is YOUR definition of hypocrite, which is plainly wrong, why do you so decidedly enjoy being one in your own mind?

LMAO!!!! Nice. You haven't been honest with yourself once today -- wouldn't expect it now. Even when it's plain as day, you won't admit something. Too funny. You need help.

I never got beat up at the bus stop either. Will you admit that you just lied about that? Come on. Give me one!

So, you don't hold the view that name-calling is unacceptable? Yet you criticized me for it. HYPOCRITE!!!!

Here's the fact of the day, son. You have not verbally schooled me once. You can't understand what you read -- not my problem. Enjoy your delusions of grandeur.
