Go figure. This guy had to sit through half of the first round of the 2005 NFL draft before being picked. Lets cut him some slack. Counting the Herd one hoof at a time. I think being where we are in the calendar year it's not that big of an issue, but I also think that regardless of the "he can do whatever he wants" mindset that there is some truth to issue of how this will affect the team. For the most part I think it's a non-issue, but if incidents keep resurfacing, and if his play in the NFL doesn't pick up, then this is what he is going to be remembered for. So, yeah, he can do whatever he wants...but if he tanks it this season and people start attributing his poor play to lack of focus then the more of these events that occur gives more validation to the critics. Not the smartest move, but we'll see how he moves forward. What happens after this incident will define its impact more than anything.
