i read this story last week, and this kid has some serious issues. even before the library incident, there was areport of a man matching his discription doing the same thing in a dorm stair well. Now i don't think this kid is a perv, but someone with some real mental issues. My mom use to work at Labor Ready down town, helping homeless/unemployed/unfortunate people find tempory employement. one moring some guy waiting to be sent out to a job site, just pulls it out and goes to town. She calls the police, and since it wasn't a violent crime took 4 hours to ge there, and by then the guy was gone. A few months later a big story was all over the new of some Hospital Janitor or something, going to town on himself over womn who was sleeping. She wakes up freaks out, the guy gets arrested. It turn out it was the same guy my mom called the police on. My point is, this and they guy from the story have some serious mental issues, and need to seek help. Something in their head is telling them that this is acceptable behavior. Well that's my two cents

It'd of been one thing to have been caught unsuspectingly getting off in the darkest corner of the library to whatever suits his pleasure, but the fact he was trying to engage in conversation with a woman while doing this...that takes it to a whole new level. While I am sure she is disgusted she can be thankful...this sounds like it was headed down the road of potential rape.

I remember seeing a guy on TV who used to do that sort of thing all the time...and he was wearing a white glove on one hand while he did it. Wonder whatever happened to THAT guy???
