http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=3315212 Pretty interesting story. I always believed that they largely kept him for the draw and the attention to the HR record. This would seem to validate that opinion. It's going to be real interesting to see who bites the bullet on Bonds.

Safe to say inspite of the negatives. Planet Helmet can still hit and can even put a few more in the seats. Not to mention helping a surging team down the stretch. What will be interesting is his reaction to not being the man. BB just a regular guy? Naw.
