| Drake gave a good game, but proved what the MVC is, and that is an aberration. A few teams that can hang with the big boys, a few years that a team stands out (maybe 2)but Western Kentucky proved what the Koolaid drinkers and brown-nosed radio hosts fail to acknowledge, that the mid-majors are a HUGE step away from playing with the big boys on a regular basis. I don't know what spin you can put on this, heck as marginal as Nebraska was this year, they played WKU the same as Drake did, losing in OT as well. Where was NU in the big 12 mix, but in the bottom half. So, if Drake is playing with the bottom half of the big 12, that tells you all you need to know about mid-majors. Why spin with it...Drake lost on a rainbow from the parking lot. Who knows...the guy misses that rocket shot and maybe Drake slams shut mouths like yours with a trip to the Sweet 16.
But it didn't happen. No way you can act as if they didn't belong.

The above statement is proof how dumb people like brianf are. Western Kentucky is a mid major, you idiot!!!!
I know you feel threatened by the little guy, but at least have an intelligent argument to back up what you say. Thus far, "intelligence" of any kind is nowhere near you.
Gotta love the attempt though: Because one mid major team beat another mid major team, it proves that the mid major sucks. Nice logic.
