moratorium means to delay by authority.
It was used in the right context and if it wasn't then I know a sharp chap like you understands the intent.

Honestly, I had no idea what you meant by "moratorium of hard-headedness". It came across as you trying to impress us with a big word, but you used it wrong. I couldn't even decipher your intent. Whats interesting is that Warren Buffet could fund the whole thing and not miss the money and at the same time leave a lasting legacy in the city which initially believed enough in him that its citizens invested and gave him his start.
Instead he gives it to the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation who will no doubt use it to force their views and beliefs on more poor and unsuspecting under developed countries.
It's Mr. Buffets money or at least it used to be his money and he can spend it anyway he wants but I find it amazing that someone like T. Boone Pickens can give so much and Warren so little from where he came.

If you see where the Gates Foundation spends it's money then it becomes clear why Warren left his dough to them after he dies so that he can sleep at night considering where some of his questionable investments were while living.
