Also, there are times when I can't get the four-digit station's signal and I don't have a choice.
And FTR, I like Trav, but Matt wears on me. I can tolerate him on certain topics, but when he becomes a cheerleader for Creighton it's too much for me to take. That's when I can't get to the radio dial fast enough. |

Totally agree. Trav is great on the radio. Matt on the other hand, not so much. |

I think Trav is more level-headed (which is a change from what I thought a couple years ago), but his articulation leaves much to be desired. Pay attention to the next time he's asked a series of questions:
Perrault: So, Trav, what do you think about Bobby Knight retiring?
Justice: Ummmmmmmmmmmmmm.....he was a great coach.
Perrault: Do you think he'll be remembered more for his coaching or his antics?
Justice: Ummmmmmmmmmmmm.....both, probably.
Perrault: Would you let your son play for him?
Justice: Ummmmmmmmmmmmm...yeah, I think I might.
Although, it's not as bad as when Perrault fumbles over his own words. |

I like Trav better than Matt. I like Matt better when Trav is present. I couldn't stand Matt on his own because he was such a tool...now Trav will at least somewhat help keep him honest.
Still can't listen regularly though...it's just not that great of a show. And it doesn't come in worth a crap in central Iowa most of the time.
I wouldn't call either of them "great on the radio" though. |
