They say...people will resort to saying things they know aren't true when they are desperate.

And you have on cue demonstrated what I have hallucinated from day one in regards to you.

I actually created Fergie in part to attack you Crit without you knowing it was me. Some of your takes were so lame that I almost came at you as myself a few time...

It would seem to me that this would be a clear cut stat that could be confirmed, but apparently not.

What's intriguing to me every year is the interest level placed on 40 times, cone drills and such....yet, historically, when you look back at the best combine results many times they weren't the best NFL players. Good athletes aren't always good football players. Yet, NFL scouts and media are constantly awed by it.

Wonderlic was Pat McInnally - Vince Young? Can that guy spell his own name?

The Bucs were thinking about making a run at Bears quarterback Rex Grossman until Chicago re-signed him. So the cat is out of the house, Wrex was being sought after - after all

Kiper's current Top 25:

1. *Darren McFadden, RB, Arkansas
2. Glenn Dorsey, DT, LSU
3. Matt Ryan, QB, Boston College
4. Jake Long, OT, Michigan
5. Chris Long, DE, Virginia
6. Sedrick Ellis, DT, USC
7. *Aqib Talib, CB, Kansas
8. *Vernon Gholston, DE, Ohio St.
9. *Ryan Clady, OT, Boise State
10. *Jonathan Stewart, RB, Oregon
11. *Phillip Merling, DE, Clemson
12. Kentwan Balmer, DT, North
13. Leodis McKelvin, CB, Troy
14. Chris Williams, OT, Vanderbilt
15. *Felix Jones, RB, Arkansas
16. *Calais Campbell, DE, Miami
17. Jeff Otah, OT, Pittsburgh
18. Mike Jenkins, CB, South
19. *Chilo Rachal, OG, USC
20. *Rashard Mendenhall, RB, Illinois
21. Fred Davis, USC
22. *Malcolm Kelly, WR, Oklahoma
23. *DeSean Jackson, WR, California
24. Sam Baker, OT, USC
25. *Kenny Phillips, S, Miami

This will undoubtedly change some between now and draft day with all that goes on, but nonetheless...

It seems to me there is no clear number one. If I am the Dolphins I am probably stuck with the overall pick. Probably media pressured to consider Matt Ryan considering John Beck hasn't impressed much.

Yet, staring you in the face are McFadden, Dorsey, Long and others that would be attractive additions as well and arguably less of a gamble.

Kiper rates him similarly to Eli Manning, Ben Roethlisberger and Philip Rivers. Assuming he is deserving of such a rating...do you burn a #1 on him?

Will be interesting to see what Tuna the Master of Puppets does.

Personally, I avoid him with the #1 overall if I am Miami.

I'm shocked! Slingin Sammy Keller came to Husker land in order to be a 1st round pick, my question is "what went wrong"?

Don't forget the epic Recruiting Class of 2005, where dozens of decorated juniors would declare for the 2008 draft after delivering a national title or two to Nebraska!

Maybe Bill can convince the NYJ to draft Heisman Sam in the 6th round so Sam can tell Bill more stories about when his dad played in the NFL!!

Plenty of talent in Lincoln.

Maybe Bo will be better at placing the peices of the puzzle together.
