Hello T.J. Simers Errr - overrated USC fan, I saw your article, that you would like to stay out on the prairie of Nebraska with a husker fan before or after the USC game. Well my wife and I live in Gladstone, Nebraska population, yes you are reading it right, 15 people. I farm with my dad and my wife is a social services director at a nursing home in Fairbury, NE about 7 miles away. Gladstone is located appoxiamtly 95 miles southwest of Lincoln. We would gladly host you for however long you needed, to experience life in nebraska, yes we do have directv, and a HDTV so you won't be missing that. You could see the world's largest porch swing in Hebron, NE which is 18 miles west of Gladstone. See and experience harvest season on a farm. Possibly visit the center of the United States marker in Lebanon, Kansas which is 95 miles southwest of Gladstone, do some fishing for bass, catfish, bluegill at a couple of our farm ponds or at the state lakes in Alexandria which is about 5 miles straight north of Gladstone. We don't have tickets for the USC game, however even if we are not able to get any, we will be in Lincoln most of the day for the game. Eating and Drinking at brewsky's in the haymarket, if ESPN gameday is there, we will be taunting Corso, Herbstreit and all USC bandwagon fans. Whether we stay in Lincoln for the game or decide to go home and watch it on our HDTV is undecided. Unless you would like to give us 2-3 tickets for hosting you. Anticipating your response, Spencer and Nicole Schoenrock |

Oh sure it might seem strange that he is wearing a matching outfit to what your wife is wearing on game day but Spence ya just got to buck up and ride tall on this one. Believe me OL TJ has never seen let alone had the opportunity to wear a pair of those Red Bib overalls Husker fan cherish so much. Go for it Spence! |

It's my fault," said first-year Nebraska coach Bo Pelini. "Damn right, yes, I'm embarrassed. I apologized to the team. I apologize to the state of Nebraska. I apologize to everyone associated with Nebraska football. "It's my responsibility. I was hired to do a job and I didn't do the job, I'm just not a very good coach. |

To Spencenator: First off, do you really think your target reader will be reading your post? Secondly, it is guys like you (not me) that Vranged & his posse love to heckle about. PLEASE! The Worlds Largest Swing and the middle of america marking in Kansas! I'm packing up the family instantly for that attraction! (NOT!) Save yourself the rhetoric and go to Brewskys and hope a few Skers stop by after the game. BTW, leave a bit of food on the bib of your overalls for late nite snacking! T.J. Simers of the LA Times is reading our forum? Either I've lost it or some podunk from middle-america has. |

Dear Mr. Spencerino, This ain't the - Errrr - Jim Rome Show. It's BS 590 and its Clones - Errrr - I mean the best damn forum participants on the net. War the BRB and keeping it real - Errr - I mean censored. War posting on a message board confronting someone who will never set a finger to a keyboard on this website. |

He could be a new member seeing that BS590 is actually promoting the site on their commercials. |

"Perhaps the worst thing that can happen is to reach into the refrigerator and come out with something that you cannot identify at all. You literally do not know what it is. Could be meat, could be cake. Usually, at a time like that, I'll bluff. "Honey, is this good?" "Well, what is it?" "I don't know. I've never seen anything like it. It looks like...meatcake!" "Well, smell it." (snort, sniff) "It has absolutely no smell whatsoever!" "It's good! Put it back! Somebody is saving it. It'll turn up in something." Thats what frightens me. That someone will consider it a challenge and use it just because it's in there." -- George Carlin |

| welcome slim, this board needs some new blood. the nice thing about it is it is not a kiss azz site. there are several posters with different favorite teams and we aren't afraid to have a little fun at each others expense. |
