The history that was made tonight wasn't the Patriots going undefeated it was 2 brothers winning back to back Super Bowls. That Sports Fans, is history which will never ever be repeated unless the Manning boys themselves do it again!!!! Archie, Thank you on behalf of every Patriot hating fan in the world! |

| I agree. It would be to sweet if Matt could get one of them on the show just so he would have to talk to a champ! |

I don't hate the Patriots and actually feel bad for them because they are a great team. But those linebackers are aging fast and they will need help there soon.
In my mind the story line here is not about the brothers but rather the Big Apple having to get off Eli's case for now. It's always "what have you done for me lately" in sports. So if the Giants start out 2-6, he will be scrutinized again.
Enjoy things for now Eli, you deserve it. |

For the record, there have been many brothers that went and won the Super Bowl. Tike and Ronde Barber come to mind. You may be right about it being back-to-back and also it is the first QB brothers.
Nonetheless an outstanding accomplishment. |

| If the Barber brothers come to mind, it's because both PLAYED in the Super Bowl. Tiki didn't win one, though -- they got drilled by the Ravens in his only appearance. |

I think you're mistaken there Omahan. |

| Tiki Barber winning the Super Bowl is Omahan's understanding of football history. |

After acknowledging that he was desperate, Dwight said "people will resort to saying things they know aren't true when they are desperate." That about sums it up! |

Although the Giants may want to consider giving him a piece of the Super Bowl winner's share, considering he was the one that called Eli out and got him all good and pissed off enough to man up and lead them to the Super Bowl.

| The best I could find is that 18 sets of brothers have reached the Super Bowl. No word on how many have won it. The Mannings are the 1st QB brothers to win it. |

Thanks, Dwight. It's better than BEING NOTHING, which is what you have to deal with everyday. |

Well, think about this. My Mackovicka comment was obviously in jest. You said Tiki Barber won a Super Bowl.
Who's the one really CREATING NOTHING HERE?
EXACTLY!!!
At least you didn't deny you're Dwight this time. It's about time. |
