Dman/Omahan's "persona" is to create havock; to get into people's heads. To that end, he has been successful as far as I can see. And IMO, that's on those of you who let it happen, not on him.

I'll tell you one thing, I do think Matt does read this board because I've heard him use tidbits of the exact same things that are said on this board. May be a coincidence, but I don't know.
No question he does. I've listened to about 10 podcasts. I've heard info. off this board...he's "borrowed" my topic on at least one occasion. |

If his goal is to be so ridiculously stupid and pathetic so as to prompt a response saying how stupid and pathetic he is, I guess he got me.
But that's not it. It may have turned into that a little bit, b/c Dwight/Darrel knew he didn't have any logic to back up any of his ignorance.
Facts: he's a pathological liar, a bad father, and the saddest man I've ever encountered. If that's the "persona" he was striving for -- well done, Darrel. |

I feel like you take your shots because you are thin skinned and still smarting from the verbal assaults I unleashed on you. That is not delusion it is fact, however, I am not proud of that fact.

A guy from Big Sports 590 that has a hand in moderating this board did call me in December. Probably because he saw that I've made positive contributions to this board along with some of my idiocy.
What I would tell you is either go back to who you were originally on here or if you are new, hang around before you act as if you know what is going on.
You're making a fool of yourself because if you had been here for awhile, knowing that I received that call would've been old news to you.
Ever heard the statement, "sit down, open your eyes and ears, close your mouth and listen!"
Apply that to yourself.

No it's not. That's his excuse he uses when he gets owned.
You really think he doesn't care passionately about sports that he debates here or the Omaha Stadium project? I think an honest look would indicate otherwise.
The fact is this, yes..he's an antagonist. But he is so because it's a defense mechanism for lack of intellect and ability to debate or discuss things on a logical level.
He's a simpleton. And that's ok...I don't mind discussing subjective topics with people that are passionate and can't logically defend them when they are honest about it, but he's not.
vranged is right. Dwight is a pathological liar, he argues from emotion and when people logically demonstrate his weaknesses he gets upset and acts like a child throwing a tantrum.
Dwight is a person they would have put on Ritalin. He demonstrates the result of a kid who was raised with a chip on his shoulder. Who probably was spoiled and never disciplined, most likely, except occasionally when his father beat him. Hence, his need to chest pound and seem macho when the truth is he's an emasculated metrosexual. |
