I saw where someone was going to be interviewing Rodriguez about the WV fiasco. Did anyone happen to see it.......any comments? I didn't see it, but the preview showed him saying something about his kids being threatened or something. I could have it all wrong too.

I didn't get to see the interview peice on SportsCenter because they stuck it at the end of the show. I did see the excerpt they showed of it. Rodrguez was crying saying how his nephew's life was threatened just because his uncle had switched jobs. I found that somewhere between truthful and suspicious. I would rate the emotions real and intent suspect.

I heard there was a "Hillary Moment" during the interview. He has apparently offered WV $1.5MM. We'll see what happens. All I know is that I think it is positive that a University is standing firm on enforcing a contract. Maybe these guys will think twice about signing that next contract extension if there is any doubt on their intentions.

Rodriguez is I'm sure learning some very valuable lessons from all of this. Again like Clemmons and Davydenko, it is all speculation at this point and so he could very well be innocent. Maybe just guilty of judgement errors which is dismissable even by the most critical of skeptic.
