I've been saying all along, as well as some of you here I know, that despite my disdain for B*nds there was little to no question in my mind that MLB was just as, if not more, guilty for deliberately turning a blind eye.

Eat it MLB, I love it...you guys come in and try to hang this on B*nds, the perfect fall guy, get the politicians involved and it blows up in your face.

And, honestly, I'll admit...confusing the fans, and most of the analysts, by spreading the underground rumor of juiced balls was ingenious. It just didn't fool those of us who've been around lockerrooms with it used.

I wonder how many Cy Youngs and "W's" their going to have to take away from Roger? Maybe just an astrisk.

I can guarantee it'll become a race issue. Bonds is persecuted for his use and Clemens won't have anything said about his awards.

Yeah, this will get real interesting...I fully expect MLB to play dumb.

So a guy who works for the Bosox finds a rat to roll over on a couple Yankees--no conflict of interest there!

As you were, David Ortiz.

I just want to go on record to say I had no idea. I'm shocked at the results of this "investigation".

If this report had not come out, I would still be in the dark on this steroid issue.

Baseball lost me as a fan after the 94 strike -- the fact that Bud Selig is the commissioner screams that nothing will be done with the Mitchell report with the possible exception of it being a very big coaster on Selig's desk.

The people running major league baseball aren't smart enough to run a fantasy league. A lot of talk about doing something will be done, but go ahead and bet the farm that nothing will come of the Mitchell report.

This thing is nauseating.

Everyone in baseball is scrambling for cover.

Selig is such lame azz.

The shorter list would be who isn't on it.

This whole thing is ridiculous. They should have never released the names if they couldn't garner enough evidence for endictments and prosecution.

This was a complete cheap shot with no way for guys to defend themselves and everyone will assume they are guilty...which, most of them may be and likely are, but it's ridiculous...and I GUARANTY, that's not half the real list.

Court of public opinion is where MLB has decided to place its case.

What's odd about this whole thing to me is that next year's baseball season will not suffer from it.

Factually, (at least in my mind) MLB will find itself much better off as a result of this thing.

Listen, for most of us that keep up with a tidbit or two, this isn't news...I mean really?

Is there anything being layed out now that shocks any of you?

Par for the course to me.

Here's what I don't get about the names on this list. If I were accused of using an illegal substance, and I truly didn't, you can be damn sure that I "personally" would be holding a press conference immediately countering these allegations. I wouldn't be doing so through a spokesperson or attorney, I would be out there personally answering questions and getting the truth out.

If I were indeed innocent, I wouldn't have someone speaking for me.
