Bill could've used an every down back like that...If only Sean Callahan had fibbed and told him rivals had him as a 5-star.

He took the 3 Mil and jumped off the Titanic as the band played and Old T.O. ordered the crew to straighten the deck chairs as the program rolled over before going under, thats for sure!!!

I'm going to laugh my ass off when Nebraska is back playing for a national title and Iowa's rebuilding project is well on its way to a sixth decade.

And trust me on this one...Nebraska will win another championship long before Iowa is a serious player for a similar opportunity. Go ahead and bank on that...

FraudeyeFan: Our program is better than Nebraska's?
Rationalcollegefootballfan: How can you say that when Nebraska has five national titles, you haven't won one in half a century and you lose to Iowa State all the time?
FraudeyeFan: Because we're Iowa and we play in the Big 10

Nerdraska fan always refers to self as we.

Nerdraska fan always forgets scoreboard and keeps referring next year as the big year even though its going on decades.

And lastly Nerdraska fan keeps predicting the next coach in is the one that takes them back to the 70's.

Earth to Nerdraska fan! It's the third coach and counting after T.O. left and Collegefootballnation is still waiting.

And how many coaches has Iowa had since its last national title??? It's been so long, I'm sure you've lost count by now...

And since we're talking scoreboard, Fraudeye Boy...here's the only one that really matters:

Nebraska 5
IoWHAT??? 1

Game over, you lose again...just like playing Iowa State.

No you lose again like SeaDolts playing the Broncos!

33-17 series record, 20-4 at home when the Dolts come to town!

Pathetic, but that's what everyone expects from the SeaDolts!!!!

Hahahahahahahahahahahahahhahaha

Way to change the topic when you know your azz is getting kicked, Fraudeye Boy...it doesn't change the fact that your boys are a second-rate, weak-sister football program even in your own state.

Nebraska 5, Iowa 1 -- Scoreboard is judge, jury and executioner. And you lose again.

Tee hee

And since they all come before the BCS which as close to a playoff as we have, none of them actually count.

If it came prior to the BCS put an asterisk next to it!

So Iowa's 1957 title doesn't count either then...

And in the BCS era under appearances in the "title" game, the scoreboard reads:

Nebraska 1
IoWHAT??? 0

Either way...you lose, chump.

Well, technically speaking NU playing in the 02 Rose Bowl can be called an "appearance." They did make the trip and Miami did share the field with them...

And that's infinitely closer than IoWHAT??? has been...or likely will be for many, many years.

Still doesn't count as they got ran, my point is they have never won a Championship since the series has started, any junk sitting in a trophy case prior to then is just that junk.

The record books need to contain an asterick.

Nope, Mr. Wannabe -- an appearance counts, win or lose, regardless of margin.

You lose yet again...
