What do you mean by that? He finished 6th today and is 7th in points. He's doing fine, although it would be nice to see him in victory lane sometime...

That's exactly what I mean. Tony's place is in victory lane. He hasn't been there in awhile and is struggling. How about the Earnhardt Jr. -vs- Earnhardt Sr Ex power struggle coming to a parting of ways. I guess that one could've happened a long time ago. I think if Jr. would've been winning over the last 3 years this thing would've been able to last. Losing creates all sorts of stressful scenarios.

Gordon is the star in NASCAR and has been for quite a few years.

I agree with you regarding Jeff Gordon, well spoken, thinks before he reacts, intelligent enough to rid himself of that woman!

Does the name Heather Mills come to mind when you think of Gordons ex?

Bugs,
I am interested to know. What is the state of NASCAR? In your opinion.

For what its worth I believe NASCAR is at a crossroads. Toyota has jumped on board, the car of tomorrow, Dale Jr is basically run out of the family business, and television ratings are waning.
