Not a big Phil fan, but I absolutely do not approve of the way Eldrick Woods cherry picks what tournaments he will play in!

If I was worth close to $1,000,000,000.00, was the undisputed best golfer in the world, and had a wife that might be the most beautiful woman I've ever seen, I'd be at home too while the Canadian Open or the AT&T Classic was happening. It's not like he has anything to prove in those tourneys. I guess what I'm saying is, I don't understand why you disapprove.

Eldrick's skill is unquestionable! However the past greats didn't "cherry pick" the tourneys they played in. Maybe it's a sign of the times but IMO he has not been around long enough to pull such a thing.

Would Ali have been considered the greatest had he engaged in one or two fights a year?

If anything Eldrick owes it to the fans of the game to participate in non majors, not everyone can fly to Dubai to watch him play in a non major, the fans buy the products which pay his inflated (not just him) salary from Nike.

I tend to see Mr. Dukesters point in this matter.

I'd prefer that Tiger play in more events. His impending fatherhood might even allow him less opportunity to play.
